We are facing the critical absence of shared values that can help us become a more united and organized Latino community in the United States.

The Latinos US initiative proposes creating a guide or manual (idiario) that is easy to understand for everyone. This document will bring together a series of values, recommendations, and best practices that, when adopted and practiced daily by the Latino community, will promote the consolidation of a more united and strong group, proud of its Latino heritage, based on a
renewed and joyful sense of belonging, especially in the business sector, where we generally operate as “solo entrepreneurs.”

We can’t wait any longer, we need to act now!

• We must act together and demand better laws to ensure that all Latinos in the United States can live in conditions of equality and fairness, allowing us to develop and grow our projects, businesses, and careers.
• We need to commit to this collaborative process in which we listen, share, and create proposals and initiatives that strengthen our community and promote Latino leadership in our neighborhoods, cities, states, and in the country.
